The hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m Monday through Friday. If you require shelter after 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday or on weekends, please call 2-1-1.
Lorain County
If you are experiencing a housing crisis Lorain County, please call Coordinated Entry, operated by Catholic Charities at 440.242.0455 at any time. Leave a message to receive a return call if the intake specialist is not available.
Summit County
If you are experiencing a housing crisis in Summit County, please call the Homeless Hotline, operated by United Way, M-F 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. at 330.615.0577 or call 2-1-1 at any time (24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year).
Trumbull County
If you are experiencing a housing crisis in Trumbull County, please call the Emmanuel Community Care Center at 330.545.5301 Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and on Friday from 9:00 a.m. to noon. You can leave a message any time for the Center team to receive a return call.
